We are thrilled you are interested in learning more about our admissions process. Our objective throughout the admissions process is to ensure a good match between our school and our students, and to guarantee that our parents are knowledgeable about, comfortable with, and confident in our philosophy and practices.
We know that choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you make as a parent. It can also be one of the most difficult decisions because there are so many factors to consider. Which school has the best academic standards? Which school will provide a safe, structured environment for my child? Which school will reinforce the values that are so important to my family? We are confident that Blessed Trinity is the one school that can meet all of these needs, plus many more.
What makes a Catholic school distinctive is its attempt to generate a school community that is permeated by the virtues of faith, hope, and love. It is a setting where academic and personal development go hand in hand, and each student is challenged and supported to develop their God-given gifts. Parents and their willingness to support and participate in the community as role models of faith are essential. Together we will educate and form your children into articulate, faith-filled disciples of Christ.
Please take some time to look around our website and learn about our school. Should you have any questions, feel free to call the school office.

A tour is a great first step to admissions. It is during this time a prospective family will learn more about Blessed Trinity’s approach to teaching and learning. For more information, go to our "Visit Us" page.
Admissions for new students for the 2023/2024 school year will open on March 15th following the policy below. Those wishing to complete the admissions process should first obtain a blue "New Family Packet" from the School Office during regular hours (M-F, 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM) or the Parish Office during regular hours (M-R, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). All directions to complete the application and enrollment processes as well as the necessary paperwork are found in the "New Family Packet."
You will begin by completing the online application. Click here to access and create a FACTS "Application Account." There is a $20 non-refundable fee per student to process the application.
Once the application is approved, you will conclude enrollment by creating a FACTS "Family Portal Account" here using the District Code: BTS-WI. This is a separate FACTS account that is used for grades, lunch, and tuition once your student is enrolled at BTCS; the FACTS "Application Account" is no longer needed once you are enrolled. There is a $250 enrollment payment to finalize enrollment. This will be applied as a down payment on tuition if enrollment and paperwork are finalized by March 31.
If you have any questions, please contact Alicia Zepp at azepp@btcatholic.us.
The Principal at his/her discretion has the right to admit, re-admit, or deny admission of any student. In making this determination, the Principal will consider a variety of factors, including the conduct of the student and/or parent(s).
Conditions for continued enrollment at BTCS include students’ academic progress and compliance with all school rules, regulations, and policies. Student failure to comply with rules, regulations, and policies may result in dismissal or denial of admission. Parental support and cooperation in all school matters, as well as ongoing volunteerism, are also required for continued enrollment in BTCS.
Parents/guardians are required to inform BTCS officials of their child’s special academic, emotional, or physical needs. BTCS officials must also be informed of any testing for learning disabilities by any public school or private agency. Copies of testing reports are needed to be considered for acceptance. We reserve the right to deny admission to any child whose needs we do not have the resources and ability to meet. Students requiring special support services will be considered on an individual basis and must be able to perform in a regular classroom. Their status will be reviewed annually.
After the early re-enrollment deadline for returning students, BTCS will utilize rolling admissions. If classrooms are filled and a waiting list is required, the following priorities are used to enroll students into Blessed Trinity Catholic School (BTCS):
Blessed Trinity Catholic School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and financial aid programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
